The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader committed to promoting a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement throughout our organization. This job is remote, with some traveling. Pay will be based on experience. Key Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to): ✅ Conduct and lead driver safety meetings ✅ Participate weekly safety calls and training sessions ✅ Build positive driver relationships through regular interaction and coaching ✅ Perform accident and incident investigations ✅ Identify root causes and implement corrective actions ✅ Ensure compliance with DOT, FMCSA, and company safety regulations ✅ Monitor driver performance and safety metrics ✅ Develop and implement safety policies and procedures ✅ Coordinate safety training and education programs ✅ Maintain accurate safety records and documentation ✅ Work closely with operations and management team to reduce risk and improve safety Qualifications Strong knowledge of transportation safety regulations Experience conducting accident investigations and working with insurance companies Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to coach, mentor, and motivate drivers Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Previous safety management experience preferred Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe proficiency Transportation telematics experience preferred What We Offer Competitive salary Benefits package Supportive team environment Opportunity to make a direct impact on company safety and success Apply today and help us build a safer tomorrow.
