Safer is a privately held national fire and life safety company serving high profile multi-site national clients across the U.S. We work with the country's most recognized multi-site brands delivering inspections, repairs, and emergency service with a focus on transparency, communication, and dependability. We're growing fast, and we're looking for a seasoned National Account Manager who understands the urgency, pace, and accountability this industry demands. If you've managed high-volume, multi-location national accounts and know how to lead a team this is the role you've been looking for. You must have the following.

  • : Fire sprinkler and/or Fire Alarm trade knowledge.
Strong understanding of fire sprinkler and/or fire alarm and related codes. Quoting experience. Ability to generate quotes for fire sprinkler and/or fire alarm service, repairs, and deficiencies. Experience managing national fire & life safety accounts. Must have managed high-level, multi-site, complex portfolios (e.g., retail, grocery, warehouse, healthcare, etc.). Worked for a national fire service company. Prior experience required. Client-facing account management experience. Directly responsible for the client relationship and performance. US-Based. This is a remote position, but all candidates must be based in the United States. Strong communication, follow-through, and organization. You must be able to manage multiple moving pieces and lead others toward execution. Preferred (not required): Field experience. Understanding of what happens on-site is a strong plus. Certifications. NICET or other relevant certifications preferred but not required. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for your assigned national accounts. Build client relationships based on trust, responsiveness, and consistent results. Ensure work is completed accurately, on time, and in compliance with code. Quote repairs, service, and deficiencies (especially sprinkler work). Manage client KPIs, compliance metrics, and service portals (e.g., ServiceChannel, FM Pilot). Coordinate with dispatch, vendors, and technicians to drive results. Maintain high levels of communication and follow-through with clients and internal teams. Lead a team of internal coordinators and vendors to ensure performance and accountability. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in fire & life safety account management. Proven success managing complex, high-visibility client portfolios. Sprinkler and/or fire alarm system experience and ability to quote work. Ability to lead teams and coordinate cross-functional efforts. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with service portals and dispatch systems. Driven, organized, and client-focused.
