  • Contract LaSalle Network is partnering with a growing food manufacturing organization to hire a Temporary QMS Manager to support quality systems, regulatory compliance, food safety programs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
This role will play a key part in maintaining quality management processes, supporting supplier and customer quality programs, managing technical documentation, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented quality professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating across multiple functions to drive operational excellence.

Fully Remote What's the job? Support quality management system (QMS) activities and maintain quality documentation and records Assist with regulatory compliance initiatives and audit readiness efforts Manage supplier quality documentation, certifications, and compliance records Support customer quality programs, including portal updates and documentation requests Investigate customer complaints and internal quality issues and support corrective and preventive action programs Conduct root cause analysis and track quality trends and performance metrics Maintain and improve standard operating procedures and quality system documentation Support food safety and quality programs through ongoing monitoring and reporting Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements Identify opportunities for process improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives What's needed? Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, Quality Assurance, or a related scientific field 3+ years of experience in quality, food safety, regulatory, or technical roles within food manufacturing, food ingredients, dairy, or consumer packaged goods environments Experience with HACCP, FSMA, FSVP, and Quality Management Systems Strong understanding of specification management and document control processes Experience supporting supplier quality and customer quality programs Knowledge of audit preparation, regulatory compliance, and food safety programs Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience with microbiology, sensory evaluation, or food safety systems is a plus What's in it for me?
