Full Job Description Description:
Site Safety / HSE Supervisor Position Objective Responsible for supporting safety supervision and daily administrative activities on the construction site, ensuring compliance with company safety procedures and maintaining effective communication with project management, supervisors, and workers. Key Responsibilities Provide daily administrative and operational support to the Site Supervisor. Promote and monitor compliance with safety policies and procedures on site. Maintain consistent and professional communication with project management, supervisors, and workers. Assist with identifying and preventing potential safety hazards in the workplace. Maintain organized safety documentation and records. Represent the company in a professional and responsible manner when interacting with clients, contractors, and site personnel. Work independently on site while demonstrating initiative, accountability, and strong organizational skills. Requirements Fluent in Spanish with strong English communication skills . English communication is required. Previous experience in HSE, construction safety, or a similar site safety role . Valid OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification. Good computer and administrative skills. Excellent communication and professional presentation skills. Confident communicating with site management, supervisors, and workers. Organized, responsible, proactive, and able to work independently. Ideal Candidate We are looking for candidates with proven experience in construction safety or HSE , a professional presence on site, excellent communication skills, and the ability to represent our company positively and professionally when interacting with clients, supervisors, and workers.
Pay:
$25.00 - $31.00 per hour
