$90,000 - $120,000 15%

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY
2 Direct Report Reports to the Director of HR Lead site safety, health, and environmental programs, driving initiatives that promote compliance, risk reduction, and a strong culture of workplace safety. Oversee regulatory compliance efforts, ensuring adherence to applicable environmental, health, and safety requirements while maintaining accurate reporting and documentation. Manage incident investigations, corrective action plans, and return-to-work processes to support continuous improvement and operational excellence. Develop and deliver employee training programs focused on safety, environmental awareness, and regulatory requirements to strengthen workforce knowledge and accountability. Conduct audits, inspections, and performance assessments, identifying improvement opportunities and implementing solutions to enhance compliance and reduce risk. Analyze and communicate key safety and environmental metrics, providing leadership with actionable insights to support strategic decision-making and performance goals. Job Requirements
BACKGROUND PROFILE
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ Years Experience in EHS programs.
  • Excellent Communication Skills
