Job Description
As a Quality & Food Safety (QFS) Sanitation Manager , you will lead quality and food safety sanitation efforts by working closely with manufacturing, plant leadership, and plant employees. You will drive results by ensuring all quality and food safety standards are met in alignment with Kellanova's policies, procedures, and practices. This is an on-site role at our Jackson, TN manufacturing facility, where your leadership will directly impact production and team success. Here, you'll promote long‑term success by providing growth opportunities and reinforcing safety and food quality best practices. A Taste of What You'll Be Doing Sanitation Leader
- Lead quality and food safety sanitation programs for some of our most trusted brands, ensuring the Business Unit complies with all quality and food safety laws, regulations, and corporate policies. Drive continuous improvement through strong operational management and disciplined execution across all products. Plant Partnerships
- Partner closely with the Site QFS Director and Business Unit QFS Managers to implement programs and share best practices. Collaborate with Business Unit leadership and plant teams to ensure compliance and identify quality and food safety sanitation and compliance risks. People Management
- Lead a team of leaders and technicians responsible for quality and food safety in a 24/7 operation. Develop, inspire, and energize the team to deliver high performance and strong self‑accountability through effective people leadership and influence. Audits
- Maintain high internal and external standards, and lead the coordination, preparation, and corrective action management for annual internal & external audits including regulatory inspections.
HACCP & PCQI
certified Frequently demonstrated quality & food safety sanitation experience in a RTE manufacturing environment Extensive knowledge of applicable regulations, GMP and Food Safety standards in accordance with the FDA Strong auditing and assessment skills Strong technical and software knowledge People and process leadership/management experienceFSSC 22000
Certification Compensation The annual salary range is $154,890- $172,100, which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill.
