Site Safety Lead

Job Description

Site Safety Lead Day & Zimmermann is seeking an experienced Safety Supervisor for a long-term, onsite Site Safety Lead role. Position Summary Supervises safety programs and initiatives at power plant sites, ensuring a safe work environment for all employees and subcontractors. Manages additional safety supervisors during outages and projects. Key Responsibilities Conduct site safety inspections and audits. Lead safety meetings and training sessions. Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions. Monitor compliance with OSHA and site safety requirements. Maintain safety performance metrics and reports. Experience & Education 7+ years of safety experience in industrial or power plant environments. OSHA 30 certification or higher. Preferred Skills Strong communication and leadership skills. Experience in union craft safety oversight. In compliance with this state's pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $107,619- $155,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
