Job Description The Quality Manager will partner closely with project teams and report into senior quality leadership. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered in accordance with established quality standards while supporting successful project execution from pre-construction through closeout. Manage project quality control activities and ensure compliance with established standards. Coordinate with superintendents, architects, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to resolve quality-related issues. Review product data and installation requirements to ensure manufacturer specifications and warranties are maintained. Administer Requests for Information (RFIs), submittals, project logs, and construction documentation. Oversee inspections, testing activities, technicians, subcontractors, and quality-related reporting. Support project scheduling efforts by coordinating material lead times and installation sequencing. Assist with punch list execution, closeout activities, warranty management, safety initiatives, and jobsite quality performance. The Successful Applicant For the Quality Manager we are seeking: Experience supporting construction projects valued between approximately $7M and $30M. Candidates located within commuting distance of the Beaumont, Texas market are strongly preferred. OSHA 30 certification required. CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications preferred or required. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred. 5+ years of experience within the construction industry. Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, Primavera P6 scheduling software, Bluebeam, Autodesk platforms, email, and internet-based construction management tools. Familiarity with critical path scheduling methodologies. Valid driver's license with the ability to travel to project sites as required. What's on Offer What's on
