Pay:

Starting at $85,000/year , depending on experience What You'll Do Lead and promote a proactive safety culture across field and plant operations. Travel throughout Texas (typically 3-4 days per week) to support active construction projects. Participate in pre-construction meetings and assist with project startup planning. Review project-specific safety requirements and coordinate site compliance documentation. Conduct jobsite inspections, safety audits, and incident investigations. Develop root cause analyses, corrective action plans, and communicate lessons learned. Develop and deliver safety training, including fall protection, rigging, CPR/First Aid, and equipment safety. Create and maintain site-specific safety plans, hazard analyses, and company safety procedures. Build strong relationships with general contractors, project managers, supervisors, and field crews. Hire, train, and provide oversight to project-specific Safety Coordinators as needed. What We're Looking For 5+ years of construction safety experience, preferably in precast concrete, steel erection, heavy civil, or industrial construction. Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety best practices. OSHA 30 certification required. Ability to obtain

OSHA 510, CPR

Instructor, and other required safety certifications. Experience conducting incident investigations and developing corrective action plans. Extensive knowledge of crane operations, rigging, erection sequencing, and field logistics. Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills. Bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred. Willingness to travel throughout Texas up to four days per week.
