This vital role involves implementing comprehensive safety programs, conducting inspections, and fostering a culture of safety excellence. The ideal candidate will possess extensive construction site experience, deep knowledge of OSHA and ANSI standards, and strong leadership skills to guide teams toward maintaining a safe and compliant work environment. Join us to play a pivotal role in safeguarding workers and ensuring project success through proactive safety management. Duties Develop, implement, and monitor construction site safety plans aligned with federal regulations, OSHA standards, ANSI standards, NFPA standards, and other relevant codes. Conduct regular site inspections to identify hazards related to electrical safety procedures, occupational health risks, and general construction workplace safety regulations. Lead safety training sessions for construction teams, including first aid, CPR, hazard recognition, and compliance management practices. Manage risk assessments and mitigation strategies to reduce incidents related to workers' compensation claims and occupational health concerns. Ensure adherence to construction regulatory compliance by maintaining accurate documentation of safety audits, incident reports, and corrective actions. Collaborate with construction management teams to integrate safety protocols into daily operations and project planning. Respond promptly to safety incidents or emergencies by coordinating with emergency responders and executing appropriate response procedures. Skills 5+ years of dedicated construction safety experience (EM 385-1-1 standard)

Proven experience in construction management and construction workplace safety management. Strong risk management skills with the ability to assess hazards proactively and implement effective controls.
