REPORTING RELATIONSHIP
The HR & Safety Manager is selected by and reports to the CEO and serves on the Colt Leadership Team.

ROLES AND RESPONSBILITIES HR
Lead HR in a Christian-based organization. Manage the HR function for Colt. Work with Leadership Team to develop and promote human resource strategies. Assist Leadership Team in defining company goals and strategic plans. Develop and administer HR programs which may include employee wellness, staffing, retention, or compensation. Respond to escalated HR or personnel issues. Ensure the organization is in compliance with regulatory requirements within the HR function. Provide leadership and guidance for performance management, talent management and succession planning initiatives. Manage new hire onboarding for salaried exempt and salaried non-exempt employees. Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned. In the future develop and lead a team of human resources professionals to meet desired company goals. Manage new hire onboarding for salaried exempt and salaried non-exempt employees. Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned. Safety Responsible for safety of all employees and subcontractor personnel working on Colt's projects. Create a safety culture and ensure safety reporting, procedures training and guidelines are followed as described in Colt's employee safety handbooks. Ensure weekly safety meetings are happening. Annual review of safety handbook by all employees. Regular job site inspections for safety and PPE. Ensure safety reporting, training procedures and guidelines are followed as described in Colt's Driver safety handbook. Participates in developing company goals, objectives and systems. Maintain OHSA safety logs. Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.
Pay:
$85,000.00
