Job Description
HardHat is hiring a Bilingual (Spanish & English Speaking) On-Site Safety with an
OSHA 500
& Large Construction site experience for a large construction site located in Austin, Texas. Experience leading and teaching training classes is a top requirements. Must be able to work a flexible scheduled which will include weekends and overtime-working hours is a minimum of 60 hours a week.
•This is a position paying up to $60/hour; Per Diem is $90 if you meet mileage requirements

Must have at least 6+ years of verifiable large construction site experience as a Safety Manager/Safety Lead Must have experience leading a team of onsite safety coordinators Job Scope, will include, but not limited to the following: Implement and enforce safety protocols on construction sites, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies. Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and address them promptly. Collaborate with construction management teams to develop and implement risk management strategies to minimize workplace accidents. Provide training and guidance to employees on occupational health practices and procedures.
