Your day-to-day Bring your curiosity to work as our next Quailty, Health, Safety and Environmental Manager (QHSE). You will be part of our Industrial Flow team based out of Houston, Texas reporting to the General Manager. In this role, your mission is to support sustainable profitable growth of the company, with a focus on safety, quality, and environmental targets. You will contribute directly to how we create highquality products and solutions for our customers.
You will:
Promote a safety-first culture across all levels of the organization through strong leadership and employee engagement.
Foster collaborative relationships within the leadership team to ensure QHSE standards are integrated into business operations and decision-making.
Implement proactive measures to reduce workplace accidents, injuries, and health-related issues, andtrack safety incidents, ensuring timely reporting and corrective actions.
Oversee the implementation and maintenance of a comprehensive quality management system.
Lead ISO audits to measure and adhere to QMS standards and ensure certification.
Investigate customer complaints, non-conformities, root cause, and implement corrective actions as needed within the CPAR program.
Manage the QHSE team. Your skills and experience
Experience:
Minimum of seven years related experience, preferably within a sales and service organization.
Minimum three years supervisory experience.
Experience working with quality systems and leading ISO audits.
Experience leading SHEQ initiatives across multiples teams and locations.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in a technical / engineering discipline.
Certifications/Licenses:
Certified to
ISO 9001
