Fuse Staffing Services is looking for a bilingual English/Spanish Safety Lead to help bring our safety program to life through training, education, and hands-on support. This role works closely with the Safety Manager to reinforce safe work practices, respond to safety concerns, support incident and hazard response, and help ensure safety expectations are understood and consistently followed across our workforce. The Safety Lead will be a visible and approachable safety resource for our employees, delivering safety training, toolbox talks, and new-hire safety education while helping identify opportunities to strengthen safety awareness and engagement. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, communicating safety expectations, and making a practical impact in the field. This role includes a combination of office, training, and field responsibilities, with travel to client jobsites and branch locations as needed. OSHA 10 certification is required; OSHA 30 and construction or electrical industry experience are preferred.

Required Qualifications Experience & Education:

Minimum of 1 year of construction/safety experience, preferred. High School/GED required;

Mandatory Requirement:

Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation with the ability to travel quickly to job sites and transport injured employees.

Physical Demands:

Ability to freely access all points of a construction site, walk, stand, climb ladders/stairs, and lift materials/equipment up to 50 lbs frequently
