Position:
Safety Department Support Staff Job Description:
We are seeking personnel to join our Safety Department , providing support mainly with Hours of Service (HOS) management and driver hiring processes . This role involves using various transportation and compliance platforms and direct communication with drivers. Including TX IRP, Permits ,
Renewals Key Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor Hours of Service (HOS) . Administrative support in driver hiring processes . Daily follow-up and support to drivers. General administrative tasks related to safety and compliance.
Requirements:
Flexible schedule / Availability to work various hours.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of:
Microsoft Excel EFS Platform Samsara Allways Teamwork skills and problem-solving attitude. Bilingual (English-Spanish) preferred but not required.
