Project Foreman - Fire Sprinkler Zion Fire Protection McKinney, TX Job Details Full-time $40 - $45 an hour 6 hours ago Qualifications Management Equipment installation Attention to detail Delegation Working on construction estimation projects Full Job Description Job Overview We are seeking an experience, energetic and detail-oriented Project Foreman to lead our fire sprinkler installation and service projects. Responsibilities Manage the full lifecycle of installation and service projects, from initiation to final handover. Conduct, or delegate, pre-installation site walks and surveys to verify project requirements, drawings, and scope. Ensure high-quality, professional execution of installations, repairs and system enhancements. Identify, estimate, and manage change orders to minimize scope creep and ensure profitability. Oversee the procurement of supplies, equipment, and tools necessary for the job. Schedule technicians and apprentices based on skill and project needs. Provide guidance to field teams for troubleshooting and diagnosing complex issues. Audit completed jobs to ensure compliance with company policies, fire codes, and contractual requirements. Enforce safety-first culture and ensure compliance with OSHA and local safety regulations. Ensure all work adheres to local building codes and Life Safety 101 standards. Maintain accurate project records and documentation. Act as the primary liaison between customers and the service team, providing regular updates on project progress. Resolve customer problems, address complaints, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Provide progress reports to leadership, sales teams and customers.
