Job Description
Job Overview A leading oilfield services company is seeking an experienced Manager of HSE, Risk & Security to lead and advance our health, safety, environmental, risk management, and security programs across WTX and NM . This key leadership role is responsible for fostering a strong safety culture, ensuring regulatory compliance, minimizing operational risk, and protecting company assets, employees, and customers. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the oilfield services industry, a proven track record of HSE leadership, and expertise in incident investigation, risk management, security programs, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage company-wide HSE programs, policies, and procedures. Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, EPA, and other applicable regulations. Conduct compliance reviews, risk assessments, and safety audits. Maintain all HSE records, logs, and regulatory documentation. Prepare and submit required HSE reports. Lead incident investigations and Root Cause Analyses (RCA). Develop corrective action plans and ensure implementation. Manage vehicle-related incidents and regulatory reporting requirements. Manage property risk, security, and overall facility safety. Lead daily, weekly, and monthly safety meetings and training sessions. Work closely with managers and field personnel to achieve HSE goals. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 5• years of HSE leadership experience• Valid Driver's License with clean driving record. Strong knowledge of OSHA, EEOC, RigPass, Veriforce and general employment regulations. Bilingual Preferred but not required Experience with risk management, security, accident prevention, and facility safety. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
