Project-Based / Full-Time KS Staffing Group is currently hiring a Site Safety Representative for a data center construction project in Midlothian, Texas. Position Responsibilities Monitor daily job-site safety and ensure compliance with company and OSHA requirements. Conduct routine safety inspections and identify potential hazards. Communicate safety expectations to employees and subcontractors. Assist with toolbox talks, safety meetings, and incident reporting. Ensure proper use of PPE and safe work practices. Help maintain a safe and compliant data center construction site. Report safety concerns and assist management with corrective actions. Required Qualifications OSHA 30 certification - REQUIRED First Aid & CPR certification - REQUIRED Previous construction or job-site safety experience preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work in an active construction/data center environment. Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol screening. Must be dependable and able to maintain a strong safety presence on-site. Important Project Information $25.00/hour MUST be Local - no per diem Housing is NOT provided Data center construction job site Must be available to work the project schedule as required Bilingual
