Job Description
Lead the Safe Delivery of America's Most Advanced Data Centers You will be the final authority on hazardous energy control across a mission-critical, multi-million-dollar hyperscale data center construction project. If you're the person everyone looks to when power is about to come online... If Lockout/Tagout isn't just compliance—but your craft... If you know the difference between checking a box and protecting lives... We want to talk to you. We're seeking an experienced Energy Marshal to lead hazardous energy control and electrical safety on one of the nation's largest hyperscale data center construction projects. This isn't a clipboard safety role. You'll own the planning, coordination, and execution of every critical energization event from construction through commissioning and final turnover. You'll partner directly with commissioning teams, electrical contractors, project leadership, and client representatives to ensure every energized system is brought online safely, efficiently, and without incident. If you've built mission-critical facilities where downtime isn't an option and safety is non-negotiable, this is your opportunity to lead from the front. Who We're Looking For You should have experience with most of the following: Hyperscale Data Centers, Mission-Critical Facilities, Power Generation, Semiconductor, LNG, or similar industrial projects Ownership of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and hazardous energy control programs Electrical commissioning, startup, energization, or Integrated Systems Testing (IST) NFPA 70E and electrical safety compliance Medium-voltage electrical distribution systems Reading one-line diagrams, switching procedures, and isolation plans Coordinating multiple contractors during critical energization events Leading with confidence and exercising stop-work authority when safety demands it This role is not intended for general construction safety professionals.
