Scaffolding Superintendent Oversee scaffolding operations on construction sites, ensuring safety, compliance with regulations, and efficient management of scaffolding teams. Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

Supervision and Management:

Oversee the erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding structures, ensuring all tasks are performed safely and efficiently.

Safety Compliance:

Ensure that all scaffolding activities comply with legal and industry safety standards, conducting regular inspections and risk assessments.

Team Coordination:

Plan and allocate work to scaffolding crews, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality workmanship.

Training:

Train new staff on safety protocols and proper scaffolding techniques, fostering a culture of safety and compliance within the team.

Documentation:

Maintain records of inspections, incidents, and maintenance work, ensuring accurate documentation for compliance and safety audits.

Collaboration:

Liaise with other project supervisors and management to align scaffolding plans with project timelines and objectives. Position:

Education

• A high school diploma or equivalent preferred Certifications/ Licenses
• Relevant certifications in scaffolding and construction safety, such as the CISRS Scaffolding Supervisor/Manager Training, are preferred Experience
• Previous experience in scaffolding work and supervisory roles is highly valued, along with a strong commitment to safety regulations.
