Job summary Daemyoung Electrical USA Corp. is hiring a Site Safety Manager to support electrical construction in Taylor, TX. This role owns day-to-day field safety for our crews and partners: site inspections, work permits, incident response, and safety training. This is a W-2 full-time position and is overtime eligible. Responsibilities Conduct daily walkdowns of electrical work areas and document findings, corrective actions, and close-out. Review and support JHAs and high-risk work permits, including hot work, energized electrical work, aerial lifts, confined space, and excavation. Stop work when conditions are unsafe and stay with the issue until controls are in place. Coach supervisors and craft on electrical construction hazards, including shock, arc flash, lockout/tagout, and temporary power. Align site practices with owner EHS requirements and support owner and third-party safety audits. Lead or support incident and near-miss investigations, root-cause review, and written reports. Track inspections, training, permits, and corrective actions so records are current and ready for review. Orient new employees to site safety expectations before they start work. Other field safety duties as assigned by project leadership. Requirements

(Authorized Outreach Trainer — Construction) At least 5 years of construction safety experience Able to write clear inspection notes, training records, and incident reports Able to work on an active construction site Must pass a background check and drug screen required for site access Must complete required site EHS orientation before field work begins Preferred Safety experience on electrical construction or industrial electrical projects Knowledge of

Pay:

$35.00 - $42.00 per week
