certification is a mandatory requirement. Assist the Safety Manager in executing the company's safety strategy and promoting a zero-accident culture on the project(s). Conduct daily safety inspections of the construction site to ensure compliance with OSHA standards and company policies. Support the implementation of industry best practices to prevent Serious Injuries and Fatalities (SIFs). Assist in managing and mentoring Trade Partners to establish effective safety programs onsite. Provide technical support and share safety knowledge with the project team, focusing on hazardous energy control, crane lifts, and other high-risk activities. Aid in the development and implementation of a Safety Management System (SMS) as needed. Participate in safety meetings and training sessions to promote ongoing safety education and awareness. Assist in the management of site-specific insurance programs and injury case management. Collect, track, and analyze safety data to identify trends and improve safety efforts. Assist in the procurement and maintenance of safety materials and equipment to support project needs.
