$84 What's the Job? Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures on construction sites to ensure a safe working environment. Conduct safety inspections and identify potential hazards to prevent accidents and injuries. Provide safety training to construction crews and subcontractors to promote safety awareness and compliance. Investigate accidents and near misses, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Maintain safety records and documentation to ensure regulatory compliance and continuous improvement. What's Needed? Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field. Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or an equivalent certification. Previous experience in construction safety management, demonstrating a strong understanding of safety regulations and standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to respond quickly to safety concerns.
