Turkey, Texas The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Safety Technician to support a large-scale data center construction project in Turkey, TX . This is an on-site contract opportunity for a safety professional with construction experience who understands OSHA requirements and can work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-trade environment. The ideal candidate will have anOSHA 510
certification , strong construction safety knowledge, and the communication skills needed to work closely with project leadership, subcontractors, trade partners, and client safety teams. What You'll Do Enforce site safety requirements in accordance with OSHA, project policies, and client standards. Conduct daily safety inspections, audits, observations, and toolbox talks. Lead safety orientations for new hires, subcontractors, and site personnel. Review and maintain Job Safety Analyses (JSAs), safety logs, reports, and related documentation. Participate in incident investigations and help develop corrective and preventive actions. Monitor site activities and identify potential hazards before they become incidents. Serve as an on-site resource for safety procedures, compliance, and safe work practices. Partner with project management, field leadership, subcontractors, and trade partners to maintain a strong safety culture. Support compliance in a high-visibility, active construction environment. What You BringOSHA 510
certification required. Minimum 5 years of construction safety experience . Data center, industrial, or other complex construction experience preferred. Strong understanding of OSHA standards and construction site safety practices. Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills. Ability to lead and influence safety practices in a fast-paced, multi-trade environment. Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with general contractor, owner, and trade partner safety teams. Why It's Worth It $40- 45/hour , based on experience.
