FIRE WATCH / SAFETY SPOTTER

Location:

Lancaster /

Wilmer, TX Pay:

$20.00-$23.00/hour (Depending on Experience)

Schedule:

40-50 Hours per Week Local Candidates Only - No Per Diem Texas Trades is seeking experienced Fire Watch / Safety Spotters for a commercial construction project in the Lancaster/Wilmer area. Requirements Prior Fire Watch or Construction Safety Spotter experience is

REQUIRED OSHA 10

Required English-speaking or Bilingual (English/Spanish) Ability to work safely in an active commercial construction environment Dependable with excellent attendance and communication skills Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods Local candidates only Job Duties Monitor hot work operations and maintain a safe work environment Watch for potential fire hazards and respond in accordance with site safety procedures Maintain constant communication with crews and supervisors Enforce jobsite safety protocols and OSHA standards Complete required safety documentation and reports as needed
