Company vehicle and gas card for Field staff ( PMs included ) About Our Client My client is a fast growing construction contractor specializing in underground utility installation, specifically trenchless installation, mainly in the data center and powerplant space. Job Description Develop and implement safety policies and procedures for construction projects. Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address potential safety hazards. Provide safety training and guidance to construction teams and contractors. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations. Maintain accurate documentation of safety protocols and incident reports. Collaborate with project managers to integrate safety measures into project plans. Investigate workplace incidents and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Stay updated on industry best practices and safety standards. The Successful Applicant A successful Safety Manager should have: Experience with safety management in the construction industry. Knowledge of OSHA standards and other relevant safety regulations. Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively guide teams. Ability to identify risks and implement proactive safety measures. Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
