Job Description Insight Global is seeking an HSE Manager to join one of our large manufacturing clients. This individual will be responsible for leading all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) programs at the facility while fostering a proactive safety culture that promotes an injury-free and environmentally compliant workplace. Reporting directly to the Site Manager and partnering closely with regional HSE leadership, this role will drive compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, oversee safety and environmental initiatives, and implement continuous improvement efforts across the site. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and promote a strong safety culture across the manufacturing facility by partnering with site leadership and employees to drive engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable OSHA, environmental, regulatory, and company HSE requirements while supporting the execution of corporate HSE programs at the site level.
• Manage and maintain site HSE systems, including corrective action tracking, incident investigations, workers' compensation processes, audits, inspections, documentation, and compliance reporting.
• Oversee critical safety and environmental programs, including contractor safety, energy control (LOTO), hearing conservation, chemical management, environmental permitting, and regulatory submissions.
• Lead internal and external audits and inspections, assess program effectiveness, identify gaps, and develop corrective action plans to improve HSE performance.
• Develop, coordinate, and deliver site-wide HSE training programs, including new hire onboarding, recurring compliance training, and safety leadership development initiatives.
• Serve as the primary HSE resource for the facility by driving communication efforts, supporting safety committees, coaching leaders on safety best practices, and promoting sustainable safety leadership tools.
• Maintain environmental compliance records, permits, certifications, and reporting requirements, including air, wastewater, stormwater, VOC, Tier II, and other applicable regulatory submissions.
• Partner with plant and regional leadership to develop and execute annual HSE objectives, strategic initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts that enhance workplace safety and environmental performance.

Annual Salary Range:

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• 3-5+ years of Health, Safety, and Environmental experience within a manufacturing, industrial, or production environment.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, environmental compliance requirements, and safety management systems.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence employees and leadership teams at all levels.

- CSP (Certified Safety Professional), ASP (Associate Safety Professional), CHMM, or other HSE-related certifications.
