What You'll Be Doing Serve as the lead safety professional on a large-scale data center construction project Act as the primary safety representative with clients, contractors, and project leadership teams Lead site safety initiatives while building strong relationships across the project Conduct site walks, hazard assessments, audits, and inspections Review and support JHAs, permitting activities, and project safety plans Coach, mentor, and develop safety personnel on the project Drive safety culture through engagement, accountability, and proactive problem-solving Participate in planning meetings and provide safety input throughout the project lifecycle Handle conflict professionally while maintaining positive working relationships with field and management teams What We're Looking For Construction safety experience is required Previous experience leading safety efforts on large commercial or industrial projects Strong people leadership experience with direct reports, mentoring, or team development responsibilities Proven ability to influence project teams and engage craft professionals in the field Comfortable operating both in the field and within project leadership meetings Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with clients and contractors
OSHA 500
