Full Job Description Description:

In addition to your regular duties as a Driver or Driver's Assistant, Safety Captain duties include but are not limited to: Safely and legally operate company vehicles

•, as well as advise others Provide safety leadership and establish a safety culture within their location Communicate and carry out company safety policies as instructed by Safety Department Ensure that the Team is using all proper PPE including uniforms and steel toe, puncture resistant boots Lead daily pre-shift safety talk and stretches Meet regularly with the Safety Director and fellow Safety Captains to review safety deficiencies and make recommendations for improvement for your location and others Partner with Supervisors ensuring all safety inspections are done monthly Follow all safety rules and regulations as well as all company policies and procedures; uses/wears all required PPE Only if authorized and insured to drive company vehicles.
