Licensure & Certifications Required:

Unrestricted physician license DEA registration (if applicable) Eligibility for medical staff membership and credentialing Required upon hire or within an established timeframe: Medical Review Officer (MRO)

Certification Preferred:

Board Certification in Occupational Medicine Master of Public Health (MPH) Board Certification in Family Medicine Board Certification in Internal Medicine Experience with DOT medical examinations and employer health programs
