Job Description

Environmental Health and Safety Manager ProAmpac is seeking an Environmental Health and Safety Manager to lead EHS programs at our manufacturing facility. This role develops and implements safety and environmental policies, ensures OSHA and environmental compliance, conducts audits and risk assessments, and leads incident investigations. The EHS Manager will deliver training, track KPIs, and drive a safety-first culture aligned with ProAmpac's focus on innovation, quality, and sustainability, partnering with operations teams to improve processes and reduce risk. Develop, implement, and maintain site EHS programs, policies, and procedures Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other federal, state, and local regulations Conduct regular safety and environmental audits, inspections, and risk assessments Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation Deliver EHS training, coaching, and toolbox talks for all levels of staff Track, analyze, and report EHS metrics and KPIs to leadership Coordinate waste management, emissions, and environmental reporting activities Partner with operations and engineering to integrate safety into processes and equipment changes Lead emergency response planning, drills, and readiness activities Promote a safety-first, continuous improvement culture across the facility EHS program development OSHA compliance EPA and environmental regulations Risk assessment and hazard analysis Incident investigation and root cause analysis Safety training and coaching Industrial hygiene basics Data reporting and KPI tracking
