We're building a team that takes pride in doing the work right the first time and on time, and we're looking for an experienced leader to help set that standard as we grow. The position is based out of Irondale, AL and serves customer sites across Central Alabama. What You'll Do Perform and lead inspection, testing, and maintenance of water-based fire protection systems Perform sprinkler repairs and service calls Conduct backflow and cross-connection testing Quality-review inspection reports and deficiency findings before submission Accurately document inspections, tests, and deficiencies in company reporting systems Mentor and develop other technicians Ensure compliance with NFPA standards, authority-having-jurisdiction requirements, and OSHA safety practices What We're Looking For NICET II or III in Inspection & Testing of Water-Based Systems strongly preferred Hands-on experience in fire sprinkler inspection, testing, and maintenance Strong working knowledge of NFPA 25 (and NFPA 10) Presentable and professional, comfortable being the face of Pyre on customer sites Valid driver's license and a clean, insurable driving record Able to handle the field, including lifting up to 70 lbs, working on ladders and lifts, and managing tight spaces Reliable and accountable, showing up, taking ownership, and cutting no corners
