Risk Investigator (Food Safety Officer)

Location:

Tempe, Arizona (Travel can be up to 80% - Anywhere within US)

Contract Duration:

03 Months (Extendable) Basic qualifications 3 plus years of managing food safety and quality in a largescale retail or manufacturing environment experience Experience leveraging technology to drive process improvements Experience in program or project management Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications at an advanced level Travel up to 80 of the time Experience interacting with local food safety regulators Bachelor's degree in Food Science or related field Experience applying Food Code requirements across local state and federal food regulations Preferred qualifications Experience in online retail operations or similar field Experience creating and implementing largescale programs Experience working independently with minimal supervision or experience that includes strong analytical skills attention to detail and effective communication abilities Can work proactively and independently meet deadlines and deliver on projects and tasks 3 years of project management experience Masters degree in Food Science or related field Demonstrated ability to write clear concise and compelling narratives Candidate Requirements Top Must Have Hard Skills 3 plus years of managing food safety and quality in a largescale retail or manufacturing environment experience Work at scale: experience working in large retailers/ orgs. Pay:

$25.00 - $28.00 per hour
