- Health and Safety Specialist- Environment, Safety, and Health Division
- We are seeking a highly motivated Industrial Hygienist with extensive experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining a broad range of industrial hygiene and safety programs.
- Your specific responsibilities include:
- + Manage several ES&H programs.
- To be successful in this position you will bring:
- + Bachelor's degree and 3 years progressively responsible experience in industrial hygiene, occupational safety and health, emergency response/management, environmental science, and/or allied/scientific field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- A background in one or more of the following is strongly preferred:
- + Industrial hygiene, asbestos program management, lead program management, IH sampling, familiarity with the
ASTM E2356-18
Standard Practice for Comprehensive Building Asbestos Surveys. + Experience in an academic or laboratory research environment. + Or equivalent combination of education and experience. + Holds or is actively working to obtain initial professional certifications, for example: + Associate Safety Professional (ASP) + Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) + Certified Safety Professional (CSP) + AHERA certifications (Asbestos) + CADPH Lead inspector/Assessor Project MonitorCertifications and Licenses:
