Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Environmental Consultant to perform asbestos and lead inspections, collect field samples, and provide professional consulting services throughout the Inland Empire and Orange County. This position is ideal for a self-motivated professional who enjoys working independently while building strong relationships with clients and delivering high-quality environmental consulting services. Responsibilities Perform asbestos and lead inspections for residential customers Conduct field sampling and prepare accurate documentation Operate independently while managing daily schedules and appointments through the company's CRM. Maintain compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local environmental regulations. Communicate professionally with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders. Ensure all inspections and sampling activities are completed accurately and efficiently. Represent the company with professionalism while delivering exceptional customer service. Qualifications 2+ years of environmental consulting, inspection, or industrial hygiene experience preferred. Field inspection and environmental sampling experience required. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects throughout the assigned territory. Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills. Preferred Certifications Certified Asbestos Consultant (CAC) preferred or Certified Site Surveillance Technician (CSST) EPA Lead Certification AHERA Certification (preferred) Experience operating an XRF/XRS analyzer for lead testing (preferred) Compensation & Benefits $90,000-$120,000 base salary plus commission opportunities Company-provided testing equipment and materials Company vehicle available if needed (otherwise mileage reimbursement for use of a personal vehicle) Ongoing training and mentorship from an experienced in-house Certified Asbestos Consultant (CAC) Opportunity to advance into a senior consulting or leadership role as the company continues to grow Why Join This Company?
