Full Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Occupational Medicine Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner licensed in California to join our growing team. This outpatient role offers a predictable schedule, competitive compensation, and a low-stress clinical environment focused on occupational health and workforce wellness . Up to $35k Sign on Bonus + Monthly and Quarterly Bonus Incentives! Schedule Full Time Monday-Friday 8a-5p No Nights No weekends No holidays No call What You'll Do Diagnose & treat work‑related injuries in an outpatient clinic setting Perform pre‑placement, DOT, public safety, and surveillance physicals for employers Care for both scheduled and walk‑in urgent care patients Proficient in laceration repairs, suturing, foreign body removals Administer or order diagnostic tests, such as x-ray, electrocardiogram, and laboratory tests Requirements Current California NP or PA license Graduate of an accredited PA or NP program of an accredited university Board Certified required Certified Medical Examiner for DOT physicals (prior to start date) Occupational Medicine experience preferred 1-2+ years of experience in Family Medicine, Urgent Care, Occupational Medicine, or ER preferred Text 210‑591-7125 to set up a time to talk!
