What You'll Do:

Empower patients to reclaim independence, confidence, and daily functioning. OTs at Independence play a crucial role in assessing needs, designing treatment plans, and guiding patients through meaningful, functional improvements in the home setting. Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify functional limits, safety risks, and goals Develop personalized treatment plans focused on ADLs, IADLs, strength, coordination, and cognitive support Implement therapeutic interventions that improve mobility, self-care, home safety, and patient autonomy Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques, equipment use, and safe movement strategies Recommend and train patients on durable medical equipment and home modifications Document all visits and progress with clarity, accuracy, and compliance

What We're Looking For:

• Licensed OT in California
• Empathetic, energetic, and detail-oriented
• Experience in home health preferred

Job Types:

Full-time, Part-time, PRN, Contract, Per diem

Pay:

$120.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 - 60 per week
