Job Description

The CBRE "EHS Senior Analyst" EHS Specialist supports Google EHS operations in the management of their overall EHS Programs. Responsibilities
  • Develop documentation related to EHS programs for implementation both locally and globally.
  • Develop or design content, and delivery methods of hands-on and online training.
  • Conduct and document comprehensive risk assessments.
  • Develop EHS checklists, guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Conduct basic industrial hygiene testing of lab and work spaces.
  • Develop and/or maintain a data tracking process and record keeping system.
  • Administration and maintenance of spreadsheets utilized to house data from incident and injury reports.
  • Conduct site safety walkthroughs and lab inspections.
  • Interact with regulatory agencies and inspectors.
  • Conduct building closure documentation support for regulatory requirements
  • Project management services include: maintaining project documentation, managing project timelines, identifying project risk and mitigation measure recommendations, providing regular project updates, project closure presentations including lessons learned and opportunities for improvement, and metric collection.
What You'll Need:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • Certification in one of the following is preferred: Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), Certified Hazardous Material Manager (CHMM), or Occupational Health and Safety Technician (OHST).
  • Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
  • Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
  • Intermediate math skills.
Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial related calculations.
