Job Description

Working closely with Production and Operations teams, this position performs routinecleaning, sanitation, facility upkeep, waste management, and general housekeepingactivities. This role requires strong attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment tomaintaining a safe, organized, and compliant work environment. ResponsibilitiesCleaning & Sanitation
- Perform routine cleaning and sanitization of production areas, cultivation spaces,laboratories, offices, breakrooms, restrooms, warehouses, and common areas 2

March 2026- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and disinfect floors, equipment, work surfaces, andfacility fixtures
- Complete scheduled deep cleaning projects to maintain company sanitationstandards
- Empty trash receptacles and maintain waste collection and disposal areas
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, doors, and other facility fixtures as assigned
- Ensure cleaning activities are completed in accordance with company sanitationproceduresFacility Maintenance & Support
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work environments throughout the facility
- Monitor sanitation supply levels and communicate replenishment needs toleadership
- Support basic facility organization and maintenance projects
- Assist with interior and exterior facility cleanliness as assigned
- Report maintenance concerns, equipment issues, or safety hazards promptlyCompliance & Safety
- Follow all state regulations and internal compliance procedures
- Adhere to all company SOPs, sanitation protocols, and safety standards
- Properly use, store, and maintain cleaning equipment and chemicals
- Wear required PPE and follow safe handling procedures for cleaning products
- Maintain accurate cleaning logs and required documentationOperational Support
- Support Production, Cultivation, Packaging, Inventory, and Operations teamsduring peak business periods
- Assist with special cleaning projects, facility events, and operational initiatives
- Participate in required compliance, safety, and operational training
- Perform additional duties and special projects as assignedQualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous janitorial, housekeeping, sanitation, custodial, or facility maintenanceexperience preferred
- Experience working in a manufacturing, agricultural, or regulated productionenvironment preferred
- Must possess and maintain an active MED Badge
- Must be able to pass applicable background investigation requirements
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety 3
