What You'll Do Lead and support the sanitation team to maintain a clean, orderly, and sanitized production facility. Ensure all equipment is properly cleaned and sanitized to meet food safety and quality standards. Oversee cleanliness in production areas, aisles, breakrooms, offices, and bathrooms. Identify and correct any sanitation deficiencies to maintain a top-tier work environment. Follow and enforce safety policies, including proper chemical handling and training. Collaborate with other departments to ensure sanitation standards are upheld. Maintain and verify documentation as per sanitation procedures. Work alongside your team to get the job done efficiently. What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent with relevant certifications. Strong leadership and communication skills to guide a team effectively. Ability to work independently and problem-solve in a fast-moving environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office for documentation and reporting.
