Join Tradebe as a Health and Safety Manager and play a key role in building and strengthening a culture of safety across the Northeast Region. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced safety professional who enjoys partnering with operations teams, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring employees return home safely every day.
Key Job Responsibilities Lead and promote a strong safety culture through training, coaching, safety committees, and employee engagement initiatives
Develop, implement, and maintain health and safety policies, programs, procedures, and emergency response plans
Conduct workplace inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards and ensure regulatory compliance
Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses; determine root causes and implement corrective actions
Coordinate employee safety training programs, including new hire orientation, refresher training, and regulatory-required programs
Partner with plant and operations leadership to support safety objectives, improve performance, and reduce workplace risks
Maintain safety records, prepare compliance reports, and communicate program performance to leadership and regulatory agencies
Other duties as assigned Do you have what it takes? 5+ years of Health and Safety experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or similar environment Strong knowledge of OSHA, MSHA, and other applicable health and safety regulationsExperience conducting inspections, investigations, risk assessments, and safety training programs Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and recommend solutions Bachelor's degree in a related field and professional Health and Safety certification preferred Ability to work the required schedule, work on-site, and read, write, and understand English What's in for you?
