Bilingual Safety Hotel Inspector Washington, DC 20005 $45,000

  • is looking for a Bilingual Safety Specialist who will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our team members and maintaining compliance with safety regulations.
You will conduct safety visits in the DC Metro Area (District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia) to provide training, and engage with our team members and branches to promote a culture of safety. Responsibilities Daily visits to hotels across DC, Maryland, and Virginia to conduct safety visits Perform safety audits (shoes, carts, chemicals, and general workplace safety) Train new hires on HotelPro's safety policies and procedures Lead safety talks and participate in team meetings to promote safety awareness Identify risks, report concerns, and partner with operations to resolve issues Support and manage workers' compensation cases, including: First injury reports Clinic visits and follow-ups Daily check-ins and updates Monitor safety trends and share insights with leadership teams Ensure all team members follow safety standards (proper equipment, safe practices, etc.) Provide coaching and feedback to reinforce safe behaviors Maintain accurate records and ensure timely reporting Requirements Bilingual advanced skills (English and Spanish) 1+ years of experience as a Supervisor or Leader Passion for safety and genuine care for our teams to work in a safe environment Excellent organization and multi-tasking skills Tech-Savvy Detail oriented skills Must possess a vehicle, driver's license and proof of insurance Schedule flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required Flexibility and willingness to visit different hotel properties across DC, VA and MD.
