Lead incident investigations using root cause analysis techniques to determine underlying issues and prevent recurrence. Provide first aid training, CPR certification courses, and ongoing safety education to employees across all departments. Ensure compliance with environmental health standards by managing environmental management systems and overseeing environmental regulatory reporting. Maintain accurate documentation including safety reports, incident logs, and regulatory compliance records. Collaborate with management to develop emergency response plans and conduct drills to prepare staff for potential incidents. Requirements Proven experience in manufacturing environments or similar industrial settings with a strong understanding of workplace safety protocols. Knowledge of OSHA standards, hazardous materials regulations, Workers' Compensation law, and environmental regulatory compliance. Certifications such as First Aid, CPR, OSHA training, and environmental management systems are highly desirable. Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis and report writing effectively. Excellent communication skills to deliver training sessions and foster a culture of safety awareness. Familiarity with environmental health practices and occupational health expertise is preferred.
