Internship Objective Gain hands-on experience in Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs by supporting data analytics, documentation management, and continuous improvement initiatives. The intern will work closely with EHS team members to analyze safety data, support health and safety projects, assist with training activities, and develop reports and presentations that drive informed decision-making. Through collaboration on site initiatives, including Zero Harm Month, the intern will develop technical, analytical, and communication skills while contributing to a safer workplace and advancing James Hardie's commitment to a Zero Harm culture.

What You'll Do:

• Support EHSS projects through data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Extract, validate, and consolidate EHSS data from Intelex, including Fiber Cement and Outdoor Living metrics.
• Track and manage Zero Harm Month award data and support program coordination.
• Develop reports, dashboards, presentations, and documentation to communicate EHSS performance and trends.
• Identify opportunities to improve data quality, reporting efficiency, and safety performance.
