In this vital role, you will develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive safety programs that promote a secure work environment. Your expertise in risk management, occupational health, and compliance management will ensure that all construction activities adhere to industry standards and regulatory requirements. By fostering a culture of safety, you will help protect our teams, minimize hazards, and ensure smooth project execution from start to finish. Duties Develop and maintain robust safety protocols aligned with OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) standards and NEC (National Electrical Code) requirements. Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards related to construction management and site operations. Lead safety training sessions for construction teams, emphasizing risk management strategies and OSHA compliance. Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to safety policies using construction management software and onsite supervision. Investigate incidents or near-misses thoroughly, documenting findings and recommending corrective actions related to workers' compensation claims and occupational health concerns. Collaborate with project managers to integrate EHS (Environmental, Health, Safety) best practices into daily operations. Manage compliance documentation, permits, and reports to ensure ongoing adherence with local regulations and industry standards. Qualifications
