This Crane Safety Technician opportunity combines hands-on crawler crane oversight with daily jobsite safety leadership, helping keep work compliant, coordinated, and moving forward. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Crane Safety Technician position include: 2+ years of crane safety oversight and broader jobsite safety experience preferred Conduct daily jobsite safety inspections to identify and correct hazards, unsafe conditions, and unsafe work practices Provide dedicated oversight of crawler crane operations, including pre-lift inspections, rigging checks, signal person coordination, and crane-specific safety protocols Monitor subcontractor and trade partner compliance with safety policies, OSHA regulations, and project-specific safety plans Conduct and document toolbox talks, safety orientations, and jobsite safety training for employees and trade partners Investigate, document, and report near-misses, incidents, and accidents; assist with root-cause analysis and corrective action plans Maintain accurate safety records, inspection logs, and compliance documentation using Procore Enforce proper use of PPE, fall protection, scaffolding, and other jobsite safety equipment; coordinate stop-work situations when necessary
Salary:
$85K-$100K per year, commensurate with experience and certificationsBenefits:
