Masterson Staffing in partnership with our valued client are hiring sanitors for a large food manufacturing facility located in Elgin, IL!full time schedule available!

Shifts:

3rd shiftMonday - Friday 10:00PM - 6:00AM Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with company policies and industry regulations (GMPs)Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and disinfecting surfacesClean and sanitize production areas, equipment, and high-touch surfaces regularlyOperate and maintain cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, vacuums, and power washersFollow proper chemical handling procedures and safety guidelinesUse color-coded cleaning tools and supplies to prevent cross-contaminationAssist in disassembling and reassembling equipment for deep cleaningCollaborate with team members to complete daily sanitation assignments efficientlyMaintain a clean and organized work area at all timesAdhere to all PPE requirements and safety standards Requirements Previous sanitation, janitorial, or cleaning experience preferred (especially in food production or manufacturing)Ability to work in wet, cold, or fast-paced environmentsStrong attention to detail and commitment to cleanlinessAbility to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periodsReliable attendance and ability to follow instructionsTeam-oriented with a strong work ethicAdditional InformationWillingness to participate in ongoing training related to sanitation, safety, and chemical handlingAbility to assist in training new team members on sanitation procedures when neededFlexible to work overtime or different shifts as requiredEnglish NOT required!
