1-2 years of Safety or EHS Eexperience Position Overview We are seeking a Safety Coordinator who brings energy, curiosity, and a genuine passion for safety. This role is ideal for someone who understands that safety is not just about rules—it's about creating systems, behaviors, and awareness that protect people and strengthen operations. The right candidate will bring an operations mindset, working alongside employees at all levels to identify risks, improve processes, and build a strong safety culture. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES S
afety Program Development Assist in developing, implementing, and improving company safety programs and policies Identify opportunities to improve workplace safety through observation, data, and employee feedback Support continuous improvement initiatives related to safety and operational processes Training & Communication Lead and coordinate monthly safety training for employees at all levels of the organization Conduct new hire safety orientations Communicate safety initiatives clearly and effectively across departments Serve as a visible and approachable safety resource for employees Workplace Safety Monitoring Conduct regular safety walkthroughs and inspections Identify hazards and work collaboratively with teams to correct issues Support incident investigations and help implement corrective actions Safety Culture Building Help build enthusiasm and awareness around workplace safety Work with employees and leadership to reinforce safe behaviors Encourage open dialogue and employee engagement around safety improvements Compliance & Documentation Maintain safety records, training documentation, and incident reports Assist with OSHA compliance and reporting requirements Support audits and safety program reviews
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Required 1-2 years of experience in Safety, EHS, or a related field Bilingual - Spanish and English strongly preferred Strong communication skills and ability to interact with employees at all levels A proactive mindset with a passion for improving workplace safety Experience in manufacturing, operations, warehouse, or industrial environments Experience leading safety trainings or toolbox talks Knowledge of OSHA regulations
