MON TUE WED THU FRI 7
00am - 5:00pm Up to 28 hours/weekOVERVIEW
Working as Part-time Environmental, Health, Safety & Sustainability Support, you will be responsible for performing general paperwork duties such as data entry and filing, assisting with administrative reporting, and monitoring EHS related functions. This is an entry-level position based out of our facility at 5800 Industrial Ave, Loves Park, IL 61111.RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: o Completing administrative reporting and related clerical duties o Assisting Managers with implementing a various EHS and Sustainability tasks o Ensuring compliance with all Federal, State and local environmental health and safety regulations o Managing documentation and related records o Communicating topic related information to employees o Assisting with gathering required documents for assessments, audits, regulatory requirements and related programsREQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
The following skills and qualifications are required for this position: o 18 years of age or older, due to the nature of work o Possess a current full valid driver's license issued in the country where the job is located (including successful completion of any applicable graduated license program for your state or province) as well as the ability to meet our driving record requirements to use a company vehicle, as needed o Prior administrative/customer service experience OR industry experience and product knowledge o Proficient written and oral communication skills o Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite o Highly motivated, self directed and customer service oriented o Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities o Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment o Willingness to travel while working a flexible schedule o Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork o Lift, slide, carry and lower packages that typically weigh 25lbs-50lbs and may weigh up to 100lbs o Pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico and Guam ONLY)PREFERRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
o Prior work experience or education in OSHA, safety, operations, sustainability, communications, business , law enforcement or a related fieldABOUT US
