Support workplace safety and OSHA compliance within a large manufacturing operation Conduct safety inspections, identify potential hazards, and help drive preventative safety initiatives Assist with incident and near-miss investigations and corrective actions Partner with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and leadership to promote safe work practices Support safety programs such as Lockout/Tagout, forklift/PIT safety, machine guarding, electrical safety, and fall protection Provide employee safety training and help maintain safety documentation and compliance records Analyze safety trends and identify opportunities to reduce workplace incidents What do you bring? Positive, can-do attitude Bachelor's degree in any field Previous workplace safety, EHS/ESH, OSHA, environmental safety, or related experience Manufacturing experience is preferred, but candidates from other industries will be considered Ability to work onsite and spend time on the production floor in a non-climate-controlled environment Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employment sponsorship
